The International Center for Gaming Regulation (“the Center”) advances local and global collaborative efforts to enhance the rigor and science of gaming regulation. The Center will work with regulators, operators, and suppliers worldwide to ensure that they have current information, best practices, and tools; promote research to enhance understanding of the gaming industry; and advocate for consistent, effective standards where appropriate. In pursuing its objectives, the Center will offer the highest levels of information, research, knowledge, networking, and instruction available on gaming regulation to a global audience. This position exists to support the above mission. The Program & Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the self-sustaining efforts associated with the Center's educational and for-profit activities. The Program & Marketing Manager will work closely with the Center’s Executive leadership and the Business Manager to serve as the program and production leader responsible for marketing, organizing, and managing on-site and virtual program data, logistics, and execution for open-enrollment and custom programs. Overall, this person will be responsible for all program marketing efforts, program invoicing and receipt preparation and distribution, budgeting, programming, management, and execution of all open-enrollment training, education, and best practice programs; manage seminars, faculty development programs, and informational round tables as assigned by the Center’s leadership. The candidate will ensure individual program budgets align with the Center's revenue goals and long-term sustainability. The candidate must be able to manage and execute the above responsibilities while advancing the Center's vision and mission as the global intellectual capital for gaming regulation, law, compliance, and governance. Failure to do so would result in the loss of funding and complications in managing programs and research. Additionally, the applicant must be able to think and act quickly, as the department's dynamics change frequently. This role requires an extremely high level of responsibility and accountability and involves making independent decisions daily to maintain the Center's mission and objectives. A background in marketing and program management is required, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently, with a high level of responsiveness, in a small-team environment.
