About The Position

Become a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Endeavor HCBS. We are hiring caring, dependable DSPs in Chino Valley and surrounding areas to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. If you're patient, kind, and want work you can feel proud of at the end of the day, this might be the role you've been looking for. Endeavor HCBS provides in-home Attendant Care, Habilitation, and Respite services to individuals with developmental disabilities across Arizona. We're known for doing things the right way-supporting our members, respecting our DSPs, and building a workplace where people feel valued and supported. We're currently hiring for the Chino Valley area.

Requirements

• A genuine desire to help others
• Patience, empathy, and reliability
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation (some cases require driving)
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow care plans

Nice To Haves

• Experience in caregiving, behavioral health, education, or childcare is a plus-but not required.
