About The Position
Endeavor HCBS is hiring caring, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the Chino Valley and surrounding areas to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. DSPs assist individuals in living safer, more independent, and more fulfilling lives. This role offers meaningful work where you can make a real difference in someone's life. Endeavor HCBS provides in-home Attendant Care, Habilitation, and Respite services and is known for supporting its members and respecting its DSPs.
Requirements
- A genuine desire to help others
- Patience, empathy, and reliability
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation (some cases require driving)
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow care plans
Nice To Haves
- Experience in caregiving, behavioral health, education, or childcare is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care and daily routines
- Helping with meals, hygiene, and light household tasks
- Supporting life skills and independence
- Providing companionship and emotional support
