About The Position

Accountable for end-to-end AVaaS delivery including transition, operations, governance, and Roles & Responsibilities: Lead global AVaaS program delivery (design → transition → steady state) Own SLA performance, service quality, and financial management Drive transition planning, risk management, and vendor coordination Interface with Organization leadership for governance, reporting, and escalations Ensure alignment with AV standards, security, and compliance Manage OEM/vendor ecosystem & transition risks Oversee event, studio, and VIP support delivery.

Requirements

• Managed services / AVaaS delivery at enterprise scale
• Multi-vendor coordination across global sites
• SLA/KPI management and service optimization
• Executive stakeholder communication (VIP environments)
• Bachelor’s in Engineering / IT / Business
