About The Position

We are seeking a highly accountable Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong sense of ownership to plan, track, report, and control all aspects of program management. This role involves driving work across multiple teams, from estimation to post-production support, within the digital engineering group. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of leading initiatives while collaborating effectively within a TPM team and understanding expectations. This position requires significant TPM coordination across the large PCW organization, necessitating the ability to quickly identify and build relationships with key players. You will work closely with product managers, other TPMs, engineering managers, tech leads, and engineers, operating within a 'team of teams' structure. The environment is fast-paced, with a heavy emphasis on mobile digital initiatives compared to web.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience working as a TPM.
  • Overall experience of 15+ years supporting Software Development.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Digital, particularly mobile.
  • Strong sense of ownership to plan, track, report and control all aspects of program management.
  • Ability to drive work across multiple teams from estimation to post production support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to lead initiatives while working as part of a TPM team.
  • Experience coordinating across large organizations and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SDLC, Agile, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Confluence.
  • Ability to quickly learn telemetry and observability tools, including New Relic, Grafana, Splunk, and Quantum Metric.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
