About The Position

The Information Technology department is seeking a Program Manager to oversee large, complex programs with multiple workstreams. This role involves defining program vision, scope, and roadmap, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects, and managing stakeholder relationships with senior leadership. The Program Manager will also be responsible for financial and resource management, risk mitigation, and leading cross-functional teams. A key aspect of this role is driving continuous improvement in program and project management practices, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models, and standardizing tools and reporting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant program and project management experience
  • Proven experience managing large, complex programs with multiple workstreams.
  • Strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and financial oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and executive‑level engagements.
  • Strong risk management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define program vision, scope, roadmap, and success criteria aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, including schedules, budgets, and dependencies.
  • Ensure all projects within the program are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Establish and manage program governance structures, reporting cadence, and steering committee forums.
  • Communicate program status, risks, issues, and opportunities clearly and consistently.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
  • Optimize resource allocation across projects and delivery teams.
  • Track and report benefits realization, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program‑level risks and inter‑project dependencies.
  • Proactively resolve conflicts across teams, vendors, and functional areas.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, controls, and policies.
  • Lead and mentor Project Managers and delivery teams.
  • Drive collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Business, Finance, and Vendors.
  • Promote best practices in program and project management, including: Agile Waterfall Hybrid delivery models.
  • Standardize tools, templates, and reporting across the program.
  • Support PMO maturity and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across programs.
