About The Position

CALNET, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to provide overall program management for a task order related to Defensive Cyberspace Operations for USARC. The role involves general program management, scheduling, risk and opportunity management, task order management, data management, and quality assurance. The Program Manager will also provide technical and functional activities for task integration, administrative support, documentation, knowledge management, and SharePoint administration. This includes preparing a Task Order Management Plan, initiating formal project management using PMI principles, and building a catalog of standard service reports. The Project Manager is responsible for all contractor team administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • PMP
  • U.S Citizenship and a Secret Clearance is required.
  • 15+ years’ IT Infrastructure experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall program management for the task order, including general program management, scheduling, risk and opportunity management, task order management, data management, and quality assurance.
  • Provide technical and functional activities required for integration of all tasks specified within this PWS, including productivity and management methods such as quality assurance, progress and status reviews, and process improvements.
  • Provide centralized administrative, documentation, knowledge-management, and SharePoint/site-administration functions for the USARC CIO/G-6 Cybersecurity Operations Branch and Cybersecurity Program Management Branch.
  • Prepare and maintain a Task Order Management Plan, as part of the overall Program Management Plan, describing the technical approach, organizational resources, and management controls employed to meet cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout execution.
  • Initiate formal project management using Project Management Institute principles to support the Government in managing external audits, new system installation, and new process adoption for USAR unclassified and classified networks.
  • Build and maintain a catalog of standard service reports describing service delivery quality, such as threat assessments, compliance reports, Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI) reports, briefings, and assessment reports.
