  • Exceptional program management skills, including the ability to design simple, scalable solutions to complex business problems and lead initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level communications and presenting to senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated success leading highly cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • An ownership mindset and ability to independently identify challenges, proactively manage risks, and execute with minimal guidance in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to inform decisions and measure business outcomes.
  • Experience identifying and implementing AI, automation, and scalable process improvements that increase operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ownership of OMX’s highest-priority strategic initiatives and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Develop execution plans, align stakeholders, and drive complex initiatives from strategy through delivery with minimal oversight.
  • Anticipate risks, adapt to changing business priorities, and keep programs on track through planning, governance, and operational rigor.
  • Create data-driven narratives and executive communications that drive alignment, influence decisions, and accelerate progress.
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive accountability, solve operational challenges, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities in how OMX teams operate, including opportunities to apply AI, automation, and scalable practices.
  • Introduce scalable operating mechanisms, strengthen program governance, and help teams execute with greater speed, clarity, and efficiency.
