About The Position

Everforth ECS is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support strategic federal growth initiatives, customer engagement activities, capture management, and program oversight. This individual will serve as a trusted program management resource and growth leader, supporting pursuits from early opportunity identification through contract award and transition into delivery. The ideal candidate possesses strong federal customer relationships, proven capture and program leadership experience, and the ability to coordinate across executive leadership, delivery teams, proposal organizations, partners, and customers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of federal program management, capture management, and business development.
  • Demonstrated success supporting or leading federal pursuits and/or programs valued at $10M+.
  • Experience managing complex federal technology or modernization initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and proposal lifecycle management.
  • Existing relationships within federal agencies, integrators, OEMs, and acquisition communities.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced federal environments.
  • Ability to independently lead strategic initiatives while collaborating across distributed organizations.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

  • Experience supporting ServiceNow-related federal opportunities and implementations.
  • Experience supporting GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, and strategic contract vehicles.
  • Experience supporting oral presentations, demonstrations, and executive-level customer engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer engagement, competitive positioning, teaming strategies, and win strategy development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders, OEMs, industry partners, and acquisition organizations.
  • Assist with RFIs, white papers, capability briefings, oral presentations, demonstrations, and proposal responses.
  • Serve as a program management lead and trusted advisor supporting customer engagement and delivery oversight.
  • Coordinate across delivery, engineering, operations, security, and executive leadership teams to ensure successful execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Support program governance activities including status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and executive briefings.
  • Monitor program performance, milestones, deliverables, staffing, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Assist with transition planning from capture/proposal activities into delivery execution.
  • Support contract administration coordination, customer relationship management, and operational alignment.
  • Drive proactive communication between customers, partners, and internal delivery organizations.
