About The Position

The Program Manager serves as the primary customer interface and relationship manager for semiconductor customer accounts, with a primary focus on New Product Introduction (NPI). The role drives program success by leading complex initiatives in dynamic matrix environments, aligning multidisciplinary teams, negotiating resource constraints, and keeping milestones on track. For smaller customer accounts, the Program Manager manages specific programs and projects on behalf of the account to achieve planned revenue and profits. This is a first-level manager within a site, providing direct management and immediate supervision to semi-skilled and entry-level professional employees across one or more functions or work groups. The role establishes annual plans and objectives, interprets policies, contributes to policy development, executes budgets, develops schedules, and enforces procedures. It assigns work, reviews performance, makes hiring and firing decisions, recommends compensation, coaches employees, and disciplines as needed. The Program Manager builds internal and external relationships and exchanges information to resolve problems. The role develops and executes end-to-end program and project plans across the product lifecycle; leads cross-functional teams in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality; manages project risks, scope changes, and resource constraints; and provides program status and executive updates. It also oversees customer satisfaction, financial performance, inventory impacts, pricing, and contract terms. Duties are performed in a normal office environment and involve 10%–25% domestic and international travel.
