About The Position

The team is seeking a strategic Program Manager to oversee the integrated delivery of hyperscale data center campuses. This role operates as a bridge between high-level program requirements and site-level technical execution. You will manage the full project lifecycle across multiple workstreams—including structural build, MEP fit-out, and the integration of next-generation ML/AI hardware. The ideal candidate balances construction expertise with the technical fluency required to manage complex system dependencies and operational readiness.

Requirements

5–10 years of experience leading complex operational or construction programs, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in Mission Critical/Data Center environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil), Construction Management, or Business.
Deep understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling), data center tier classifications, and system sequencing.
Knowledge of Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, twist, bend, and climb stairs or ladders for extended periods while navigating uneven, unpaved, or obstructed terrain.
Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
Must be able to drive between job sites and access all areas of an active construction zone, including raised platforms, scaffolding, and confined spaces.
Must be able to tolerate exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, and construction-related noise, vibrations, and odors.
Must be able to communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and site personnel, and maintain situational awareness in high-activity environments.
Must have sufficient visual acuity to read drawings, specifications, and safety signage, and to observe site activity.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred but will not be necessary with the applicable experience.
PMP, CCM, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
Systems Thinking: Ability to map interdependencies across infrastructure, data, and operational workflows.
Agility & Problem Solving: Comfortable navigating shift-heavy environments where client requirements for ML/AI hardware may change mid-build.
Technical Fluency: Sufficient depth to challenge engineering assumptions and coordinate between GCs and internal SMEs.
Candidates must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license appropriate for the role and be eligible to operate a motor vehicle in accordance with applicable laws.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a professional work environment, including preparing written reports and documentation, conveying information clearly to team members, clients, and stakeholders, and responding appropriately to verbal and written communications related to job duties.

Responsibilities

Independently own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-megawatt technical programs with defined scope and measurable operational impact.
Develop integrated program plans that account for technical dependencies, construction sequencing, and MEP integration milestones.
Define the critical path and gating requirements across multiple site workstreams to ensure "Execution Readiness" and schedule adherence.
Lead the Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and Commissioning (Cx) phases to ensure facilities are fully operational before hand-off.
Identify and document key system dependencies—specifically regarding high-density power systems (UPS, Switchgear) and advanced cooling solutions.
Maintain comprehensive RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) with quantified impact and mitigation plans for global supply chain or onsite hurdles.
Proactively identify operational failure risks and drive mitigation planning for ML/AI hardware cut-ins and infrastructure integration.
Partner with Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Design Integration to align sequencing decisions with mission-critical uptime standards.
Act as the primary technical point of contact (POC) for hyperscale clients, engineering firms, and internal "Tech Council" teams.
Oversee multi-million dollar program budgets, tracking expenditures and procurement of long-lead equipment (e.g., chillers and transformers).
Facilitate structured decision-making sessions and gate reviews, translating technical complexity into clear business and financial outcomes for executive leadership.
Drive accountability across vendors and subcontractors to ensure zero-tolerance safety protocols and Tier III/IV standards are met.
