The Program Manager leads multiple interrelated projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role is accountable for program-level performance, including execution, stakeholder alignment, and value realization, and operates with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Typically 10–15+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience in risk management, resource planning, and governance
  • Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to influence and lead in a matrix environment
  • Understand customer-needs, commitment to quality service and continuous improvement.
  • Be capable of basic/complex problem solving processes, systematic thinking and innovation processes.
  • An assertive and resilient team player able to operate within a high performance, cross-cultural team.
  • Confident and purposeful approach, paired with strong communication skills and social skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects within a defined program structure
  • Ensure delivery of program objectives within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across projects
  • Establish and maintain program plans, governance, and reporting structures
  • Translate business strategy into actionable program plans and priorities
  • Ensure all program initiatives align with enterprise and functional objectives
  • Evaluate program performance against defined business cases and success metrics
  • Support prioritization and resource allocation decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Facilitate alignment across teams and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Communicate program status, risks, and key decisions to senior leadership
  • Influence without authority across a matrixed organization
  • Establish and track KPIs, metrics, and program performance indicators
  • Ensure consistency and rigor in project execution across the program
  • Drive accountability for results across teams and stakeholders
  • Balance execution priorities with long-term strategic outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and frameworks
  • Drive adoption of best practices in program and project management
