About The Position

JLL is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager with owner's representative experience to support oversight of a premium interior construction program for a leading financial institution. The role drives operating cadence, stakeholder coordination, and delivery discipline across interior fit-out and selective base building projects in complex, operationally sensitive environments. The position is on-site in New York, NY. The Program Manager maintains portfolio workplans, milestones, risks, and interdependencies; drives project managers on lookahead and milestone compliance; and prepares executive-ready updates, decision memos, briefing materials, dashboards, and standardized templates. The role coordinates internal functions, vendors, architects, consultants, procurement, Capital Planning, and third-party project managers, including work in active facilities with permitting, security, and building-operations requirements. The role also supports cost, procurement, schedule, and quality oversight. This includes coordinating ROM requests and RFQ/RFP processes, supporting funding requests, monitoring program-level budget and schedule performance, and helping maintain consistent finish specifications and installation standards across projects. The position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
