Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience leading programs, projects, or large-scale initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in process design, operational excellence, and/or organizational change management.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, governance, or regulatory environments.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to influence across functional areas and all levels of leadership.
  • Experience working in matrixed or enterprise environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications (preferred): PMP, Prosci/Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, PgMP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pieces of the lifecycle of enterprise programs, i.e. concept and design, rollout, adoption, and sustained performance.
  • Work on the translation of business needs, operational challenges, or strategic ideas into structured, scalable programs and processes.
  • Work on the development of program charters, roadmaps, KPIs, and success criteria.
  • Partner with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, to help define requirements and ensure program success.
  • Help with the facilitation of cross-functional working groups and steering committees to drive progress and decision-making.
  • Execute change management strategies that support adoption and minimize disruption.
  • Work on communication plans, training materials, and engagement activities for stakeholders and end users.
  • Help guide leaders and teams through organizational change using structured methodologies.
  • Map, design, and improve enterprise processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Work on the development of clear communication to keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Prepare dashboards, and updates for leadership. Including creating analysis using excel, tableau, etc.
  • Track program performance and report on key metrics, milestones, and financial impacts.
