About The Position

The Program Manager is an enterprise portfolio leader who translates strategy into coordinated action, measurable outcomes, and sustained business value. Working with executive sponsors, domain leaders, Project Managers, Business Analysts, technology leaders, delivery leads, and subject-matter experts, the Program Manager aligns priorities, maintains portfolio visibility, manages cross-initiative dependencies, facilitates decisions, and advances intended benefits. The position provides leadership in a matrixed delivery environment and helps ensure work is pursued, sequenced, governed, and supported in alignment with enterprise priorities. The Program Manager owns portfolio orchestration and integrated portfolio insight; routine project planning and execution may be led by Project Managers or other delivery leads. The role includes strategic alignment and portfolio leadership; governance and executive decision support; cross-functional orchestration and delivery enablement; benefits realization; stakeholder leadership and communication; coaching and capability development; change leadership; and risk, financial, vendor, and operational oversight. Success involves thinking at the enterprise level while staying grounded in delivery realities, bringing leaders insights and recommendations, creating clarity amid ambiguity, building trust, and maintaining a focus on adoption and realized value. The incumbent must be a U.S. citizen and pass a background check due to Department of Defense contract requirements. The position requires compliance with company policies, the Code of Business Conduct, HIPAA, and information-security requirements. Pay range: $94,200 to $151,000; pay is determined by factors including qualifications, experience, expected contributions, internal equity, market, and business considerations. Geographic differentials may apply.
