Program Manager
About The Position
A Program Manager contributes to AHF by engaging the community with education, resources, and knowledge of their HIV status in order to reduce their risk of HIV/STI’s. A Program Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by providing the best compassionate/personalized care to all individuals, with the hope to foster healthier outcomes. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a Program Manager it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The Program Manager will work as a part of a close-knit team to the Public Health Department team in AHF, to aid in new outreach strategies.
Requirements
- HIV testing certification
- Phlebotomy Technician I license preferred
- Valid Driver’s License mandatory
