HII - Mission Technologies has a need for a Program Manager to lead a C-UAS program focused on delivering effective, adaptable solutions that meet federal mission needs across diverse operational environments. In this role, the PM drives strong coordination with federal agencies and components and industry partners, ensuring smooth integration, shared objectives, and collaborative ecosystem development. The PM oversees efforts to enhance system readiness, support rapid evaluation cycles, and tailor solutions for a wide range of federal government missions. The PM will guide multidisciplinary teams, steward resources, manage risk, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure thoughtful planning, disciplined execution, and timely delivery. Through strategic leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to working well across government and industry, the PM enables the development, assessment, and transition of capabilities that strengthen security, support operators, and meet evolving homeland protection needs. This role is open to candidates residing in the National Capital Region (NCR).
