About The Position

Soccer Shots Puerto Rico is looking for a proactive, organized, and growth-driven Program Manager to help lead and expand our youth soccer programs across Puerto Rico. This role combines business development, operations, team coordination, and customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping a growing organization reach more children and families.

Requirements

Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented
Confident communicating with schools, childcare centers, parents, coaches, and community partners
Comfortable with sales, outreach, and building new relationships
Strong at managing schedules and multiple priorities
Responsible and able to work independently
Energetic and comfortable representing Soccer Shots at events and activations
Passionate about creating positive experiences for children and families
Takes ownership, actively looks for new opportunities, follows up, and solves problems

Responsibilities

Present and sell the Soccer Shots program to schools, childcare centers, and other organizations
Identify and secure new fields and locations for Soccer Shots programs
Build and maintain relationships with schools, childcare centers, facilities, and community partners
Coordinate program schedules, locations, and coach assignments
Manage scheduling changes, coach availability, substitutions, and day-to-day operational situations
Communicate with parents and provide excellent customer service
Lead community activations, promotional events, free soccer days, and enrollment initiatives
Follow up with interested families and help convert leads into registrations
Support coaches and ensure programs are running smoothly
Help identify new opportunities to increase enrollment and expand Soccer Shots into new communities
Track program growth, registrations, and business development opportunities
