Program Manager

PBS Aerospace IncRoswell, GA

About The Position

The Program Manager will own the end-to-end program management for a capital expansion initiative, encompassing planning, execution, commissioning, and production handoff. This role involves defining and governing program scope, master schedules, capital budgets (CapEx), deliverables, and risk registers. The Program Manager will drive integrated program reviews, milestone gate decisions, and executive reporting throughout the program lifecycle, managing interdependencies across facility construction, equipment procurement, process validation, and workforce ramp. Additionally, the role supports New Product Introduction (NPI) programs through prototyping, qualification, and production readiness, including proposal development, SOW definition, and cost estimates for advanced technologies. The Program Manager will also manage the capital program budget, develop CapEx forecasts, track actuals vs. plan, and report variances with corrective action plans, applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles. Collaboration with finance to ensure capital project spend aligns with accounting policies and regular program status updates to executive leadership are key. The role serves as the primary program integrator across various departments and leads cross-functional teams to drive accountability.
