About The Position

Bridges Healthcare, Inc. is hiring a Program Manager for its Building Resilient Youth & Communities with Prevention (BRYCWP) program. The role manages the day-to-day responsibilities of the Milford Prevention Coalition (MPC), working with coalition members, community stakeholders, school systems, and the prevention team. The Program Manager implements and monitors MPC strategies and activities and completes the administrative work needed to fulfill the coalition’s action plans.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Experience in substance abuse and mental health prevention services.
Knowledge and experience in prevention, behavioral health, and substance abuse.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Computer literacy and skills.
Valid driver's license and consistent access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Milford Prevention Coalition.
Collaborate with other management staff to monitor the prevention budget and implementation of strategies.
Participate in and support sustainability activities, including fundraising and grant writing.
Monitor timely achievement of identified goals and objectives.
Attend required meetings and trainings.
Act as liaison to committees.
Collaborate with prevention team members to collect data and compile reports.
Perform administrative work that supports the strategies and activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
