About The Position

Elite Workforce Inc is seeking a Program Manager to drive program outcomes with engineering teams using Agile frameworks. This role involves partnering with Network leaders for strategic work alignment and managing infrastructure programs (hardware, security, etc.). The ideal candidate will coordinate consistently with customers and teams, communicate effectively with engineering and leadership, break down programs into milestone goals, and build cross-functional relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business, CS, IS, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in program/release management in tech.
• 1+ year in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong decision-making, organization, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Jira Align and Jira.

Nice To Haves

• Network Program Management experience.
• Change management experience.
• Scaled Agile certifications.
