About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, impact analysis, data analysis, and facilitation creating work effort estimates for new features and fixes, and projects. Continuously look for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the company. This role will primarily focus on IT infrastructure projects, where you will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and managing the business requirements and data analysis for our organization's technology infrastructure initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on IT infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements.
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Knowledge in generating process documentation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analyses of business processes, systems, and infrastructure requirements to identify gaps, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Translate business needs into clear and detailed technical requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and build strong relationships.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements, address concerns, and align expectations.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Prepare clear and concise reports to communicate project progress, issues, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as IT architects, developers, infrastructure engineers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of IT infrastructure projects.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies related to IT infrastructure projects.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and maintain project stability and security.
