Program Manager

Gantri•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

Gantri is seeking a Program Manager to bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence to cross-functional initiatives. The role owns coordination and execution of complex projects spanning external B2B partnerships, factory expansion, and new product development. Its primary focus is Gantri Made, Gantri’s manufacturing-as-a-service offering, taking partner projects from signed contract through delivery and serving as the central coordinator between external partners and internal teams. The Program Manager works with Sales, Product Development, Manufacturing, and company leadership to manage plans, align resources, resolve blockers, and provide partners with communication and visibility throughout execution. The role also helps drive company-wide initiatives, including factory expansion and Wireless product development. It establishes clear ownership and disciplined project management processes, while making project status, milestones, and outstanding decisions visible. The position suits a highly organized and proactive program manager who can manage stakeholders from individual contributors to executives and navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and competing demands without slowing teams down.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or a related field, with demonstrated ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience managing B2B accounts, partnerships, or customer-facing projects, with an understanding of external stakeholder expectations and delivery commitments.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple teams, manage interdependent workstreams, and drive projects toward deadlines and defined outcomes.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and executive leadership, including proactively requesting decisions, challenging assumptions, escalating issues, and driving accountability.
  • Project management discipline, including building project plans, tracking milestones and dependencies, identifying risks, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence leading external partner calls, facilitating cross-functional meetings, and presenting updates to leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously while prioritizing critical work.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented problem-solving and judgment to unblock work independently and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Experience working at a startup or similarly fast-moving organization and adapting to ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving processes.
  • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to establish processes, reinforce expectations, and hold stakeholders accountable for commitments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, hardware, product development, supply chain, or other environments involving complex operational dependencies.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or implementation management for B2B products or services.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, external service providers, or manufacturing partners.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools, with the ability to use data to assess project performance and business outcomes.
  • Experience analyzing revenue, pricing, unit economics, or gross margins to support commercial decisions.
  • Experience managing programs across commercial, technical, and operational teams.
  • Experience building or improving project management processes within a growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own Gantri Made program execution from signed contracts through delivery, coordinating timelines, requirements, resources, and deliverables across internal teams and external B2B partners.
  • Build and maintain project plans with milestones, dependencies, owners, deadlines, and critical paths, providing stakeholders with an accurate view of project status.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, follow up on commitments, and proactively resolve blockers.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for B2B partners; lead meetings, communicate progress, manage expectations, and address partner needs throughout project execution.
  • Support contract execution, redlining, specifications, and project scoping, working with leadership and subject matter experts to resolve open questions and align deliverables.
  • Coordinate factory expansion workstreams, vendor communications, dependencies, and timely input and decisions from internal stakeholders.
  • Support Wireless and other strategic initiatives by establishing plans, coordinating resources, and unblocking execution as priorities and business needs evolve.
  • Maintain project management systems, documentation, and communication cadences to create consistency, visibility, and accountability.
  • Surface risks, escalate decisions, communicate trade-offs, and work with company leadership to keep critical initiatives on track.
  • Pull and analyze CRM and project data, evaluate partner economics and pricing, and support revenue and gross margin analysis.
  • Identify workflow gaps, introduce practical process improvements, and build systems to manage a growing portfolio of complex projects.
