As you take on different responsibilities, you’ll become an expert in the business, operations, and processes, and see your experience evolve. Along the way, you’ll work closely with different functions across Amazon and see how working together makes us a leader in what we do. Amazon is a data-driven business, so part of your role will involve gathering insights to make decisions. You’ll trial different ideas, analyze data to identify potential challenges, and present your findings to senior teams. The environment is fast-paced, deadline driven and you will need to be comfortable working on several initiatives at once. You have a desire to learn and experience new things, and a passion for improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Analytical strength, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to synthesize moving parts and drive the business forward.
  • Strong sense of urgency, ability to influence and make sound judgement calls, and willingness to roll up your sleeves.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • PMP

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement complex programs from idea to launch in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Own and drive initiatives to continually improve the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Define timelines and communicate on status, risks, and process changes.
  • Thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment, operating in all levels of the organization.
  • Partner strategically with senior leaders across Amazon's People Experience and Technology team, representatives across Amazon's lines of business, and internal AUTA team colleagues as the voice of the customer.
  • Refine existing processes and build new processes that connect candidates with opportunities at Amazon.
  • Focus on key areas including application processes, interviewing, candidate assessments, candidate placement and offers.
