We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and evolve recruiting strategy, operations, and execution across the organization. This role is ideal for a player-coach leader who combines strong business partnership, operational excellence, systems thinking, and modern recruiting expertise with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this leader will play a key role in helping transform Talent Acquisition into a more proactive, data-driven, AI-enabled, and strategically aligned function that supports enterprise growth and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including experience leading and developing recruiting teams
  • Proven success operating as both a strategic TA leader and hands-on recruiter
  • Experience building or transforming recruiting functions, systems, and processes in growing or evolving organizations
  • Strong operational and systems-thinking mindset with experience optimizing recruiting workflows and infrastructure
  • Deep experience with recruiting analytics, dashboards, reporting, and talent insights
  • Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, and modern recruiting technologies to improve recruiting effectiveness
  • Strong sourcing and pipelining capabilities across a variety of talent segments and organizational levels
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive change, and execute effectively in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a growing Talent Acquisition team, initially consisting of two recruiters, while helping shape the future structure and capabilities of the function
  • Operate as a hands-on recruiting leader, personally managing complex, leadership, and business-critical searches
  • Build strong partnerships with leaders across the enterprise to understand workforce needs and develop thoughtful hiring strategies
  • Elevate Talent Acquisition from a primarily reactive recruiting model to a more proactive, strategic, and scalable function
  • Help drive the evolution of recruiting systems, processes, workflows, and operating rhythms across the enterprise
  • Partner closely on the organization’s migration from iCIMS to Greenhouse and help optimize ATS functionality, workflows, reporting, and user experience
  • Build dashboards, reporting, and recruiting analytics that enable better decision-making, forecasting, and operational visibility
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and modern recruiting technologies to improve efficiency, sourcing effectiveness, candidate experience, and team productivity
  • Reduce reliance on third-party agencies by strengthening internal sourcing, pipelining, and recruiting capabilities
  • Develop proactive sourcing and pipelining strategies across corporate, sales, operational, warehouse, installer, and leadership populations
  • Create scalable approaches for identifying and engaging top talent in competitive and hard-to-fill markets
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, hiring prioritization, and talent market insights
  • Build sustainable talent communities and long-term recruiting strategies aligned to business growth
  • Create a high-quality, inclusive, and thoughtful candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture and values
  • Improve consistency, effectiveness, and rigor across interviewing and hiring practices
  • Partner on employer brand and EVP initiatives that strengthen market positioning and talent attraction
  • Influence and educate leaders on hiring best practices, interview quality, and talent decision-making
