About The Position

This role focuses on implementing operational strategies and standardization within Talent Acquisition (TA) at QTS. It involves supporting college recruiting, internships, and TA technologies. The position requires partnering with support teams to ensure legal compliance and managing recruitment-related technologies and reporting. Collaboration with technology teams to identify system challenges, implement fixes, and conduct testing is also a key aspect.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Five or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum one year of corporate recruiting experience.
  • Strong Project Management and prioritization skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting remote customers.
  • One or more year of Workday Recruiting Module experience.
