About The Position

Program Manager for Licensed Group Home The Program Manager ensures a safe, supportive, and person-centered residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities. Leading a team of residential support staff, including an Assistant Program Manager, you will create a therapeutic home environment where residents can thrive while ensuring high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance. This position drives program development, strengthens team performance through coaching and supervision, and ensures day-to-day operations, from staffing and household management to documentation and treatment planning, run smoothly and effectively. As the primary connection between residents, families, and interdisciplinary partners, you will foster clear communication, collaboration, and shared problem-solving, directly contributing to positive outcomes, stability, and quality of life for the people we serve.

Requirements

  • Minimum of associate's degree in a human services area AND two (2) years administrative experience in adult residential care OR Four (4) years of general experience in residential care including two (2) years in management, supervisory, or administrative capacity.

  • A valid driver's license and access to a safe, insured vehicle during work hours are required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of household operations including maintenance, budgeting, and transportation.
  • Ensure safe, person-centered supports for individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
  • Directly supervise an Assistant Program Manager, providing supervision, support, and coaching.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing schedules.
  • Monitor daily operations, documentation, and accuracy of treatment plan progress and outcome measurement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between program, families, and interdisciplinary treatment teams in order to ensure clear communication and collaborative problem-solving.
