The Program Manager serves as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Human Resources Command Transition Division staff. This role has full authority to act on all matters pertaining to contract execution and contractor determinations of scope. The Program Manager is responsible for staffing oversight, resolution of performance issues, reporting requirements, and ensuring successful execution of all tasks and objectives outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The selected candidate must maintain a comprehensive understanding of the PWS and all associated contract documentation related to the TAP requirement.
