About The Position

Hertz is seeking a Program Manager to join the Revenue Management team and focus on modernizing and transforming the company’s pricing and inventory functions. The role oversees strategic planning, prioritization, escalation, implementation, and general oversight of Revenue Management system initiatives, serving as a key liaison among stakeholders to support alignment and execution of strategic goals. The Program Manager communicates and presents tradeoff and sequencing decisions and highlights areas that are not progressing according to plan. The role translates strategic objectives into executable program plans and prioritized initiatives, collaborates with leadership to establish program goals, and balances long-term direction with near-term value.
