As the Program Manager you will be responsible for ensuring contract compliance, managing staffing and program outcomes, and overseeing Client admissions and service delivery. Key duties include reporting on outcomes, developing service materials, collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating team meetings, addressing issues, and ensuring service goals are met. The role also involves conflict resolution, staff mentorship, hiring, training, standardizing onboarding, and generating reports to track performance metrics.
