We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager with 7 to 8 years of experience in managing complex programs and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, coordinating multiple project teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring successful delivery of business objectives within scope, budget, and timelines.

Requirements

  • 7 to 8 years of experience in managing complex programs and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong experience managing large-scale programs involving multiple workstreams.
  • Expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Experience in budget management, resource planning, and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of project governance and risk management frameworks.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for multiple projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Monitor program performance, track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Drive governance, status reporting, and executive communication.
  • Manage dependencies across projects and ensure seamless coordination among teams.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
