About The Position

Acentra Health is looking for a Program Manager to join our growing team. The Program Manager role will oversee that operational functions are performed to the highest standards to strengthen and maintain relationships with customers and meet deliverable requirements of the HCBS and FCAA (carceral release program). A primary focus is to maintain high standards in program performance to ensure contract requirements are met successfully. This position is remote, but applicants must reside within the State of Oregon.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (master's preferred) from an accredited college or university
  • Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or be licensed by a State of Oregon Licensing Board for their applicable scope of practice
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in program operations
  • 3+ years of experience as a supervisor or manager in a relevant program or field (such as social services, carceral services, healthcare operations)
  • Familiarity with Medicaid and the Oregon Health Plan
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge or experience in Care Coordination, Case Management, or Case Work
  • Must reside in Oregon

Responsibilities

  • Carry a small caseload of 15-20 members.
  • Effectively directs program through objectives and goals assigned for contract compliance. Monitors metrics and daily operations to ensure success.
  • Collaborates with program leaders, including medical director, management teams, and corporate support teams to improve processes, determine training needs and improvement opportunities. Assists in budget review and management.
  • Works with management and corporate team for the enhancement of the RFP, new RFP cycles and related new business.
  • Assesses all systems, including contract, policy and procedure, workflow, etc., continually to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with management team to create an organizational structure that will ensure effective processes and work designs.
  • Assists in determining development opportunities for staff and teams.
  • Ability to provide supervision to staff that ensures excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring and supervision to meet contract deliverables for all operations.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting that meets the contractor’s goals of quality care and cost effectiveness in a timely manner.
  • Monitors metrics and daily operations to ensure success.
  • Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules
