• Bachelors (Required)
• Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Ability to work flexible hours. Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills. Strong industry/business acumen and project management skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Five (5) years of progressive leadership and/or project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, secures, and coordinates project resources.
• Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of information between project stakeholders in order to ensure project objectives are advancing successfully.
• Develops project scope, deliverables and plans in alignment with project objectives.
• Oversee and maintain data gathering, data analysis and data reporting requirements for all project phases.
• Manages project implementation to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timelines and costs.
