About The Position

Responsible to promote the goals of the program by coordinating program development and the optimization of the objectives. Focuses on implementing strategic tasks that align the programs with the department/organization's business strategy and goals.

Requirements

Bachelors (Required)
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Strong industry/business acumen and project management skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Five (5) years of progressive leadership and/or project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

Identifies, secures, and coordinates project resources.
Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of information between project stakeholders in order to ensure project objectives are advancing successfully.
Develops project scope, deliverables and plans in alignment with project objectives.
Oversee and maintain data gathering, data analysis and data reporting requirements for all project phases.
Manages project implementation to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timelines and costs.
