About The Position

The Program Manager plays a central role in executing Atra’s core programs and initiatives. This role owns the delivery and participant experience of a diverse portfolio of work, including cohort-based programs, fellowships, convenings, working groups, and emerging initiatives. You will work closely with internal team members, facilitators, and partners to bring programs to life, translating program design into high-value, well-run experiences for participants. A key part of this role is building trust and rapport with participants over time, helping create cohort environments that are relational, engaging, and professionally meaningful. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys moving complex work from planning to execution while also holding the human experience at the center. The Program Manager ensures that timelines stay on track, stakeholders are aligned, and programs are delivered with consistency, care, and impact. This is a hybrid NYC-based role (2+ days per week in person at our Midtown NYC office), with occasional evening events and light travel for programs, convenings, and conferences.
