The Program Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the execution of Atra’s programs. This role ensures that the logistics, communications, and systems behind our programmatic offerings run smoothly and effectively. This role supports a diverse portfolio of work across Atra’s core priorities, including cohort-based programs, convenings, working groups, and emerging initiatives, helping ensure consistency, coordination, and high-quality execution across the organization. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys making complex work come together behind the scenes. Your work helps ensure that program timelines stay on track, participant communications are clear and timely, and the day-to-day operations of programs are organized and well-executed. This is a hybrid NYC-based role (2+ days per week in person at our Midtown NYC office), with occasional evening events and light travel for programs and convenings.
