About The Position

One Federal Solution seeks a Program Manager to manage contractor staff on the HQ Services program. The role plans, runs, and monitors tasks from start to finish, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and ISO 9001 quality standards. The Program Manager applies Quality Management Systems, manages risks, coordinates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and drives continuous service-delivery improvement and innovation.

One Federal Solution (OFS) is a professional services firm with over 20 years of experience supporting federal Defense and Civilian agencies. Its services include Acquisition and Procurement Support, Business Intelligence, Program Management, and other mission-critical services. OFS is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
• A track record in risk management and fostering innovation.
• A master's degree in a related field, or 12 years of relevant experience in place of the degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor staff, assign schedules, supervise personnel, and review work discrepancies.
• Plan, execute, and monitor tasks from inception to completion, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Apply Quality Management Systems and maintain program compliance with ISO 9001.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful task outcomes.
• Work with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define task objectives and deliverables.
• Lead continuous service-delivery improvement to achieve more efficient capabilities and performance.
• Communicate the organization's policies, purposes, and goals to staff.
• Foster innovation across the team.
