We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team at TENAX Technologies. This role is focused within the CECOM C5ISR campus at Aberdeen Proving Ground, C5ISR campus building lobby reception. This role will actively manage personnel who perform access control, badge check buildings. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our commitment to excellence. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related business or technical field. One year of relevant professional experience may be substituted for each year of college education required (4).
10 or more years of related experience, including 5 years in a program manager role or relevant military service equivalent
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Project Management: 4 years (Required)
PMP (Required)
Secret (Preferred but will clear the right person)

Responsibilities

Performs day-to-day management of overall contract support operations.
Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities.
Ensure 100% coverage of all requirements.
Works with security managers to communicate requirements to contract personnel.
Interfaces with leadership when required.
PM will conduct post checks on a daily basis to monitor on-site personnel under their supervision.
The PM will monitor the daily operations of the contract.
