One domain of quality within the James M. Anderson Center is Employee Well-Being. At Cincinnati Children’s, we believe employees’ well-being is a precondition for everything we do and that employee well-being is central to delivering the best-in-class outcomes for patients and families. A significant portion of this role will be focused on supporting the organization’s well-being portfolio, which will require application of advanced project management methodologies, including ongoing strategic planning, design and development of portfolio management, and setting priorities and establishing and executing plans for multiple, concurrent projects under a portfolio’s umbrella. You will be responsible for managing deliverables across a multi-disciplinary team of individuals. A propensity to learn and adapt to the needs and fast pace of the project and work environment is expected.
