About The Position

GLE is looking for a Program Manager to join our growing Construction Consulting Services team. This senior-level role will lead projects, mentor staff, manage client relationships, and provide technical oversight across a variety of building assessment and consulting services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of project management, architecture, engineering, or related experience
• Experience with building systems, property assessments, and applicable building codes
• Strong technical writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel and perform field/site inspections
• Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) preferred
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA, FHA, UFAS, ANSI) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction consulting projects from proposal through completion
• Provide senior technical review of reports including Property Condition Assessments (PCA), Plan and Cost Review (PCR), HUD Capital Needs Assessments (CNA), and Pay App Inspections
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors
• Review contracts, prepare proposals, and support project strategy
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, billings, and collections
• Mentor and support technical staff development and training
• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and client expectations are met
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to execute projects successfully
