About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Program Manager to provide outpatient rehabilitation and wellness services at HOME at Kauhale Creve Coeur in St. Louis, Missouri. The role serves residents in assisted living and independent living, working with higher-functioning residents in a community setting. The Program Manager treats patients while also gaining leadership experience and completing administrative tasks, including scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager. The role is described as a lead position and offers full-time and part-time opportunities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends or evenings. New graduates are welcome.

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain licensure as a Therapist or Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in an outpatient setting.
• Serve as a lead in the building and provide leadership to the team.
• Complete administrative tasks, including scheduling.
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.
