About The Position
This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid. Nisga'a Tek is committed to high-quality service to those who defend us, ensuring mission assurance and execution for customers and warfighters. They provide intelligence, IT, cyber security, training, logistics, administrative, acquisition, and background investigation services. The Program Manager shall have experience managing IT projects.
Requirements
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university
- Substitute AA/AS w/ 7+ years of experience
- IAT Level II (CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) Cert.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Cert.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Be well versed in lifecycle & project management methodologies.
- Track costs, schedule, & performance progress and identify & mitigate risks.
- Manage project development from inception to deployment.
- Provide guidance & direction in tasks of varying levels of size & scope of effort.
- Manage and control funds & resources.
- Manage multi-task contracts of this type & complexity.
- Be responsible for Cost, Schedule, Performance, Technical Quality, Risks Management, & all aspects of the effort.
- Coordinate & work closely w/ the Gov PM during the Period of Performance to ensure program success.
- Provide team leadership, facilitate meetings, identify problems, & resolve issues.
