Program Manager, Data Center, Fit-Out Execution
About The Position
The Program Manager, Data Center Fit-Out Execution partners with LVVs and site teams to execute data center fit-out work and support power readiness. The role confirms that teams are using the correct, current cut sheets and that completed work follows their requirements. It tracks work against the site schedule, verifies progress, and flags delays or gaps early. The Program Manager works with LVVs to understand blockers, assign owners, and coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations to resolve them. The position maintains clear records of milestones, open issues, and readiness status for the Director and site leadership. Travel to data center sites is approximately 40–50% of the time to validate progress firsthand.
Requirements
- Experience managing data center fit-out, construction, or infrastructure delivery work.
- Ability to read and apply cut sheets and identify when field work differs from the approved plan.
- Strong schedule management skills, including attention to dependencies and the effect of delays on site readiness.
- A practical, hands-on approach to working with LVVs and resolving issues at the site.
- Clear communication and follow-through with contractors, engineers, operations teams, and leadership.
- Comfort working across multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining accurate status and issue tracking.
