Program Manager
About The Position
The Center for Human Development (CHD) is growing! We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and Rapid Supportive Housing (RSH) programs of our Diversion, Shelter and Housing (DSH) division. Your role as Program Manager: The Program Manager provides operational oversight to the programs, caseworkers, and its participants. They supervise a team of case workers who work at different sites within the outreach and casework management of individuals enrolled in the PSH program. They will work within the Agency's team model, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among co-workers.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience working with homeless populations
- 2 years' supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a human services field
- Knowledge of housing initiatives and/or statewide homelessness services

Responsibilities
- Provides orientation, training, and supervision to a team of caseworkers
- Coordinates and implements program-wide initiatives and programming under the Supervision of the Assistant Program Director
- Monitors program, lease, and budgetary compliance through the case managers and database management activities
- Engage in risk management to ensure program participants safety
- Responds as needed to crisis situations with Adheres to program procedure manual and assists in its ongoing review and development
