About The Position

The Program Manager will lead IREN’s NGDCA Program Office, taking ownership of program operations while the Vice President owns the architecture. The office is growing to 36 seats across six hiring waves and is developing the owner design basis for liquid-cooled, 800-volt direct-current AI factories. This Senior Manager-level position owns the hiring wave plan and gates, the decision-paper and implementation publication series, the portfolio register, Architecture Review Gate scheduling and evidence logistics, interfaces with four peer engineering functions, and a team of four analysts and coordinators. The posting notes that the Program Office may merge into an Innovation-wide operations function. The role is based onsite in Arizona and reports to the Vice President, Next Generation Data Center Architecture. It leads program planning, records and review processes, cross-functional coordination, and development and output quality for the Program Office team.
