About The Position

Devereux is seeking an energetic and compassionate Program Manager with excellent organizational and communication skills for its expanding programs in Santa Barbara County. Devereux California is a therapeutic behavioral health treatment facility offering residential services, community living, day programs, and clinical services for adults with multiple diagnoses, including autistic spectrum disorders, emotional and/or behavioral differences, intellectual and developmental disabilities, dementia and other cognitive disorders in Santa Barbara County. The Program Manager is responsible for developing and monitoring treatment plans of individuals served, interacting with families and regulatory/funding agencies, managing the program budget, staff scheduling and performance management, and participating in and leading treatment planning meetings. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant leadership experience in a residential, day program, and/or community program setting serving individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
• Be certified by the State of California as ARF and/or RCFE administrator, or be willing to obtain
• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a residential, day program, and/or community program setting serving individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
• Ability to pass a thorough background and Livescan check
• Ability to pass an oral drug screen
• Valid California driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the efficient and effective operation of our Somerset residential program
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations including title 22 and title 17
• Represent Devereux with families, community providers, regulatory, and funding agencies
• Developing and monitoring treatment plans of individuals served
• Interacting with families and regulatory/funding agencies
• Managing the program budget
• Staff scheduling and performance management
• Participating in and leading treatment planning meetings
