About The Position

Responsible for establishing and managing enterprise-wide real estate management practice. Directs team(s) in the strategy, identification, design, development and implementation of efforts in site selection in existing and new markets, remodels and closures of properties, consolidation and expansion of assigned business line(s') occupancy. Provides strategic insights to team and reviews deliverables and recommendations put forth by employees. Conducts performance management of team to ensure successful and timely completion of objectives in accordance with customer needs and alignment with company objectives. Creates and adheres to department budget. Recommends hires, transfer, terminations, salary adjustments, performance standards, and reviews and executes employee relations policies, training programs and various other programs and policies for their department(s).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 12 or more years of related experience, preferably in corporate and commercial real estate
  • At least five years of leading a professional level team
