Requirements

More than 5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally within corporate philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, or the nonprofit sector.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Philanthropic Studies, or a related field.
Genuine passion for social impact and a deep belief in the power of technology and automation to create opportunity at scale.
Ability to thrive working across diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to the C-suite.
Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence, think strategically, and champion bold ideas.
Organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Strong analytical thinking to evaluate program effectiveness and communicate results in a compelling way across the organization.

Responsibilities

Drive the launch and ongoing evolution of Workato's global philanthropy and social impact initiatives.
Lead the rollout of an employee giving program and product donation efforts aligned with Workato's focus areas and our Pledge 1% commitment.
Build and nurture key partnerships, both internally with cross-functional teams and externally with nonprofits and like-minded organizations.
Serve as a thought partner to leadership to best position and advance the program.
Develop a reporting framework to capture meaningful data that measures impact and program success against our Millionfold Impact goals.
Educate internal teams and employee resource groups on best practices in social impact and corporate philanthropy.
Proactively manage initiatives in a fast-paced, creative environment with strong attention to detail.
Oversee all projects and programs under Workato Cares, spanning employee giving, product donations, communications, and reporting.
