Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally within corporate philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, or the nonprofit sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Philanthropic Studies, or a related field.
  • Genuine passion for social impact and a deep belief in the power of technology and automation to create opportunity at scale.
  • Ability to thrive working across diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to the C-suite.
  • Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence, think strategically, and champion bold ideas.
  • Organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking to evaluate program effectiveness and communicate results in a compelling way across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the launch and ongoing evolution of Workato's global philanthropy and social impact initiatives.
  • Lead the rollout of an employee giving program and product donation efforts aligned with Workato's focus areas and our Pledge 1% commitment.
  • Build and nurture key partnerships, both internally with cross-functional teams and externally with nonprofits and like-minded organizations.
  • Serve as a thought partner to leadership to best position and advance the program.
  • Develop a reporting framework to capture meaningful data that measures impact and program success against our Millionfold Impact goals.
  • Educate internal teams and employee resource groups on best practices in social impact and corporate philanthropy.
  • Proactively manage initiatives in a fast-paced, creative environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Oversee all projects and programs under Workato Cares, spanning employee giving, product donations, communications, and reporting.
