About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Program Manager Specialist for an onsite, 3-month contract opportunity with a Major Financial Institution in McLean, VA. This role is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of processes for a large-scale program that supports the division and its teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and a strategic mindset to create efficient processes that enhance collaboration, productivity, and success across the division.

Requirements

Proven experience in process development and program coordination
7 years of relevant experience as a business-focused program manager
Strong communication, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to present effectively to leadership
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Nice To Haves

Experience in a large-scale program or project environment
Proficiency in process management tools and software

Responsibilities

Design and implement new processes to streamline operations and improve program efficiency
Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes across the division
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, guidelines, and best practices
Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance existing processes
Work closely with team leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into process design
Provide training and support to teams on new processes to ensure smooth adoption and execution
Track process performance and report on key metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for further optimization
