The Associated Press is seeking a Program Manager, Professional Services to lead market research and drive strategic development, marketing expansion, and further revenue growth for AP’s suite of products and services primarily serving professional communicators, including AP Learning online workshops, AP Planner planning tool, and AP Stylebook writing guidance. This role is central to AP’s efforts to diversify its customer base and revenue streams. The role is responsible for understanding and helping grow engagement, subscriptions, and overall knowledge of the AP Professional Services, including cross-sell and cross-promotional opportunities. The role requires close collaboration across various global teams, including others in products as well as technology, marketing, strategy, revenue, and editorial.
