As a Professional Services Manager at Netwrix, you will manage multiple projects and/or a delivery team with accountability for execution quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction. Oversee resource planning, manage delivery risks, and support pre-sales scoping as needed. Balance people leadership with operational oversight and drive consistency in delivery practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience in services delivery or technical consulting acceptable.
  • Experience in Software Professional Services leadership, project management, consulting, or client-facing software implementation.
  • Working knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and delivery tracking methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies with limited supervision.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Experience identifying risks and issues and escalating appropriately to support successful project outcomes.
  • Ability to work directly with customers, resource managers, and consultants to ensure expectations are managed against contract responsibilities.
  • Experience with managing projects governed by a statement of work as well as working with professional services back-end administration and reporting.
  • Strong services-oriented administration background.
  • Able to take a consultative approach and make sure scope and project boundaries are maintained.
  • Proficiency with basic project reporting, data tracking, and documentation practices.
  • Salesforce.com, Mavenlink/Kantata and Office apps - advanced skill level.

Responsibilities

  • Manages delivery across multiple concurrent projects or customer engagements. Anticipates dependencies and delivery risks and implements mitigation strategies. Supports project managers and team leads in complex engagements.
  • Leads consistent execution of standard service offerings. Ensures repeatability, documentation quality, and knowledge reuse across engagements. Monitors adherence to delivery standards and improves offer consistency.
  • Owns resolution of customer escalations. Coordinates resources, performs root-cause analysis, manages stakeholder communication, and implements corrective actions. Captures lessons learned for risk mitigation.
  • Forecasts team capacity based on pipeline and active demand. Balances workloads and recommends staffing actions (hire/contract/shift coverage). Partners with stakeholders to manage near-term and long-term capacity risks.
  • Validates delivery plans and solution designs to ensure feasibility and customer alignment. Partners with product and engineering to address delivery constraints and ensure maintainable solutions.
  • Leads teams through structured planning and issue resolution. Builds an inclusive culture while driving performance. Ensures role clarity, coaching cadence, and consistent execution against commitments.
  • Track delivery KPIs, utilization rates, delivery cycle time, and forecast trends for leadership reporting.
  • Contribute to cross-functional collaboration, acting as the delivery voice in account planning, renewals, and solution alignment.
  • Manage subcontracting partner resources, contributing to onboarding/certification, skill development, and role clarity, as extensions to the Netwrix Professional Services team.
